Upgrade policy:
If you are upgrading your sterling silver Band of Infinity™ to 14kt gold, $20.00 will be applied to the purchase price.

Replacement and sizing policy:
Lost or damaged sterling silver rings can be replaced for $20.00 plus shipping and handling.
Silver rings may be re-sized by your local jeweler or by returning to BOI for $5.00 plus shipping and handling.
Damaged gold rings may be returned for replacement for $25.00 plus shipping and handling
Gold rings may be re-sized either by your local jeweler or by retuning to BOI. The charge is $15.00 plus shipping and handling.

IMPORTANT: To eliminate size issues please visit your local jeweler to verify your ring size.
Also, it is important to note that each Band of Infinity™ is hand-stamped and slight irregularities in the numbers add to each ring's uniqueness.
